Also, we have added the ability for you to help support the Devwork Newsletter and keep it as a free resource for everyone looking for Product and Engineering roles. Please feel free to Buy Me a Coffee - even a few dollars would go a long way since it does take about 2 days to find jobs and write this newsletter. Thank you for your support!

User Poll:

When applying to jobs through Devwork, the best practice is to apply through the links provided. Most recruiters use an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) that allows them to sort applicants by source. Using the Devwork link path will show that you applied from here, and the benefit to you is that we are a trusted source for recruiters to focus their time on.

TL;DR: apply through Devwork because recruiters want applicants from trusted communities.

Pro Tip:

Does your resume talk about how you helped improved the business you were working at or does it just simply list things you did? If someone reads your resume can they clearly understand how you will impact the business they are hiring you at? Give it a once over to see if there is anything you can improve!

Did you find this resource helpful?
