The job market is shifting, luminary tech companies are resorting to layoffs, and we are seeing fewer open jobs available. If you are currently serious about your job search you may consider working to apply to as many jobs as possible. We recommend setting a daily application goal of at least 10 applications, and it can make sense to apply to roles slightly above your skill level. Companies are not posting on boards for entry-level or lower level talent because they know they will get many applications for higher level roles. So, again, don't be shy, apply!
